The BERG BACK range comprises over 40 speciality products for bakeries and confectioners. We also produce customised baking agents that are perfectly adapted to our customers’ operating processes. From a minimum order quantity of 1,500 kg, we mix products to suit individual customer requirements for economical and simple production of a wide range of baked goods. We then deliver them to our customers within the shortest time possible. BERG BACK also offers first-class grain blends, convenience products and organic products.
